And this needs the third dimension, which is why we developed the Master Grid 6D together with the industry leader Oechsler. A flexible, resin-based grid made of one piece that comes out of a unique 3D printer. With its striking hexagons, it ensures energy absorption, shock absorption, stability and comfort precisely where it is needed. Universal, durable and sustainable.

Master Grid 6D
Highly technical and unique production processes that otherwise accelerate the avantgarde of the automobile industry are now used in our workwear. Our Master Grid 6D can be shaped freely, and is created in one piece from the 3D printer. But this is not just any old 3D printer: In the so-called CLIP process, artificial resin is hardened with UV light and drawn out of the resin bath in one piece with no cut-offs. This is a swift process that is much more efficient than conventional 3D printing and opens up completely new possibilities.
